Here at Tonik, our clients are incredibly important to us!
We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, that you please provide us with at least 24-hour notice. This way, our team will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our wait list. In light of this, we will be sending reminder notices 48 hours prior to your appointment. All online bookings require a 50% deposit.
We understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency. Last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ will be charged a cancellation fee each time. These are to be paid within 24 hours of contact. Failure to do so will void any future bookings.
Here is our general breakdown of cancellation fees:
• less than 24 – hours notice will result in a charge equal to a minimum 50% of reserved appointment, if the appointment is cancelled within 4 hours of appointment time, this will be considered a “NO SHOW”
**This charge may be waived at our discretion depending on the situation**
• ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount. Cancellation of prepaid appointments including vouchers and online bookings with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of any deposits paid.
If your stylist is unwell, we will contact you as soon as we can, and try and accommodate another booking with a different stylist. If you have a requirement for a certain stylist, longer wait times may apply.
