At Tonik Hair Salon, we kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and keep our schedule running smoothly. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given or in the case of a no-show, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required for future bookings. We understand that life can be unpredictable, so sickness and emergencies will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
On occasion, your preferred stylist may also be unwell, and we will do our best to accommodate you with another skilled stylist. If you specifically require a certain stylist, please note that wait times may be longer to ensure you receive the service you desire. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best experience for all our clients!
